Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. The role emphasizes expert coordination with internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors to uphold service quality and customer experience.

The overnight position operates with shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with overtime possible based on business needs. The candidate should model best practices and mentor junior staff within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 5 years in a dispatch/logistics-related role or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete event lifecycle for fleet maintenance, towing, and service events from client request to repair completion.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion and identify opportunities for additional work.
• Monitor and reassign events to optimize KPIs and service outcomes across markets.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide status updates and manage expectations.
• Audit and document service events to ensure compliance and accuracy across systems.
