Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. This overnight role requires strong judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure high service quality and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients, peers, and leadership.
• Experience managing multiple service events and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop professional relationships and influence outcomes across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end dispatch for preventative maintenance, towing, and emergency service events.
• Assign work to technicians to optimize time and KPI performance.
• Monitor open events, track ETA, and communicate delays or concerns to customers and leadership.
• Manage vendor communications and ensure adherence to Cox Fleet policies.
• Document interactions and service events in all applicable systems.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior dispatch staff and contribute to process improvements.
