Job summary

Cox Enterprises’ Cox Fleet seeks a National Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets, coordinating with technicians, vendors, and internal partners to uphold service quality.

This overnight role (4:00 PM–10:00 AM) focuses on dispatch, KPI-driven decisions, stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems. Overtime may be available, with emphasis on mentoring and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly across levels of an organization.
• Experience managing multiple service events and shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance and transportation logistics.
• Proficiency with dispatch or fleet management software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repair and maintenance events across markets.
• Dispatch work to technicians to optimize time-based KPIs and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal partners, customers, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor events, update arrivals, and communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
• Audit open requests for compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior dispatch team members.
