Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to own dispatch operations across multiple markets. You will manage the lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance, coordinate technicians, and ensure service quality and customer experience.

The role operates overnight (4:00 PM–10:00 AM) with potential overtime based on demand. You will collaborate with internal partners and third-party vendors to optimize KPIs and service delivery.

• Proficient oral and written communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service events from client request to repair completion.
• Coordinate technicians and reassign events as needed to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor arrival times and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
• Audit open work requests for compliance across markets.
• Provide guidance to less experienced dispatch team members.
• Contribute to dispatch process improvements and service quality.
