Job summary

Responsibilities include service event lifecycle management, proactive communication with clients and vendors, and continuous improvement of dispatch workflows to meet KPI targets and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of related dispatch/logistics experience.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent service events and shifting priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance from initial request to completion.
• Dispatch work to technicians with attention to time-based KPIs and ensure timely updates to clients.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure Cox Fleet policies are followed across multiple markets.
• Document interactions and service events in applicable systems and escalate complex issues per procedures.
