Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to lead dispatch operations across markets, managing maintenance and service events end-to-end. The role requires professional judgment, industry knowledge, and effective coordination with partners and vendors.

This overnight position, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, emphasizes adherence to service quality, KPI targets, and proactive communication with customers. Overtime opportunities may arise based on demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in dispatch/logistics or related field.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of maintenance, towing, and service events from client request to repair completion.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed.
• Re‑assign incomplete events and dispatch to optimize client outcomes.
• Monitor events, track ETA, and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
