Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on delivering a premier member experience from 10pm to 6am, Monday through Friday, with full-time hours.

Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, answering phones, assisting with sign-ups, tours of the club, updating member information, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for all. A background in customer service and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check ID and Member barcodes into the system; help with new member sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on a tour of the club and show around.
• Update member accounts as needed and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain club cleanliness and monitor safety throughout the shift.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and gym equipment.
