Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-site work only; not remote.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable in a fast-paced member services role.
• CPR/AED and tanning certifications required within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, and billing questions.
• Process new memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety, including restrooms and workout areas.
