Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks an Overnight Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding member experiences during the night shift. You will greet members, process check-ins, sign-ups, tours, and handle account updates with a friendly, professional approach.

This role requires a reliable, upbeat attitude, strong listening skills and basic computer proficiency. CPR certification is required, and you will close the shift by reconciling the day’s deposits and ensuring club readiness.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and reliability are mandatory.
• Ability to multi-task and handle phones and members simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency to check-in members and process updates.
• Upbeat and positive attitude with professional demeanor.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills for member questions.
• Diplomacy and respectful communication in all interactions.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Check members into the system and assist with new sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on tours and facilitate account updates.
• Respond promptly to questions and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Close the day’s shift and reconcile the bank deposit.
• Maintain club cleanliness and a professional appearance.
