Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight guest needs, handle check-ins, and support safety and security. You will live onsite in a guest room as part of employment and join an on-call schedule requiring quick response, typically within 30 minutes of notification.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, professional communication, and proficient use of the hotel PMS and office tools to maintain accurate records and guest folios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with hotel front desk or guest services is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and handle guest requests professionally.

Responsabilités

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and safety issues.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and safeguard against loss or theft.
• Log keys in and out and process limited check-ins/check-outs as needed.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities and local area.
