Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed, ensuring courteous service and high quality. The role includes handling check-ins, access issues, safety concerns, and emergencies while maintaining guest satisfaction.

You will live onsite with lodging provided and work on an overnight on-call schedule, typically required to respond within 30 minutes of notification and may cover nearby hotels if staffing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and noise concerns.
• Safeguard and track hotel keys, and log keys in and out as needed.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greet guests, assign rooms, and collect payments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, safety procedures, and local area information.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as necessary.
• Potentially cover another hotel location on short notice.
