Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking an on-site NSR Suites Part Time team member to support overnight operations. Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, assisting with check-ins, and maintaining breakfast service. Lodging is provided for onsite employees.

You will be on the overnight on-call schedule and respond within 30 minutes to needs or emergencies. Attention to safety, keys control, and accurate record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in a GSR capacity, setup and maintain breakfast 5:30–7:00 AM daily.
• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise issues, or safety concerns.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and logging in/out as needed.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs and payments.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities and local area.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and post payments to folios when required.
