Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, assist with access issues, and address safety and noise concerns while maintaining high service standards.

The role offers on-site lodging with a guest room provided during employment and requires timely response to requests, often within 30 minutes. Strong English communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Able to respond to overnight on-call needs within ~30 minutes of notification.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety concerns.
• Maintain control and safekeeping of hotel keys; log keys as required.
• Organize and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs; greet guests, assign rooms, issue keys, collect payments when needed.
• Keep up-to-date on hotel policies, safety procedures, and location systems.
• Provide directions and information about amenities, hours, and local areas of interest.
