Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed, ensuring courteous service and high-quality standards. The role includes on-site lodging while on-call, handling check-ins and room access, and coordinating with hotel operations.

Responsibilities include guest check-ins/outs, key control, safety reporting, and maintaining guest folios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and provide courteous guest service.
• Proven ability to organize tasks, prioritize work, and handle pressure during overnights.

Responsibilities

• Respond to overnight guest requests and issues within 30 minutes of notification.
• Safeguard and manage hotel keys and assist with limited after-hours check-ins.
• Record events, payments, and maintain guest folios and reports as needed.
• Maintain proficiency with hotel computer systems and front desk software.
