Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to overnight on-call needs and support guests when the lobby is closed. You will stay onsite in lodging provided, staying on an overnight on-call schedule and be ready to respond within 30 minutes of notification.

You will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, assist with key access, emergencies, and safety concerns while ensuring high quality service and communication with guests and hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone and manage guest interactions.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers; proficient in English.
• Use computer systems to input information and run basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests via call notifications for check-ins, emergencies, and service requests.
• Maintain control of hotel keys; safeguard against mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out; handle guest check-ins/ Check-outs as needed.
• Greet guests, register rooms, issue keys, collect payments when necessary.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and report concerns.
• Provide directions about property amenities, hours of operation, and local area information.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and software.
