Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight needs when the lobby is closed. The role includes handling guest key issues, safety, and limited after-hours check-ins while maintaining high service standards.

Live onsite with lodging provided during employment and on overnight on-call schedule. Must respond within 30 minutes of notification and support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone and PMS system.
• Speak effectively before groups and customers in English.
• Use MS Office and hotel management software accurately.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and security.
• Safeguard hotel keys and manage key logs.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs and take payments.
• Provide directions and information about services and local area.
