Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Education substitution: college study above high school level may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Handle payments and issue lodging receipts.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and guest safety.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues following policy.
• Operate the PMS to access reservations and update guest records.
