Job summary

Navy Exchange seeks a Guest Service Representative I, Navy Inns/Flexible. This role delivers front desk service, handles reservations, check-ins, and payments, and answers guest inquiries to ensure a positive stay for guests at Navy Inns and Navy Lodge properties.

You will use the Property Management System (PMS) and a multi-line phone system, assisting guests while maintaining room and facility standards. US citizenship and clerical experience are required; weekend and holiday shifts are

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle front desk interactions with a welcoming attitude.
• Process reservations, check-in/check-out, and payments.
• Operate the PMS and multi-line phone system to manage guest requests.
• Maintain lobby appearance and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with staff to resolve guest issues promptly.
