NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking a part-time front desk associate for Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and/or Navy Lodge properties in Norfolk, VA. You will greet guests, process reservations, handle payments, and ensure a smooth check-in/out experience, maintaining security and privacy at all times.

As the first point of contact, you will communicate effectively with guests, address requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience is required.
• Overnight shift availability is required and may fill schedule gaps.
• Ability to handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries following policy.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for guests, handling front desk duties.
• Assist guests with reservations, payments, check-in/out, and room assignments.
• Maintain lobby appearance and ensure guest safety and privacy.
• Operate PMS, process charges, and balance shift transactions.
• Respond to guest issues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
