Navy Exchange Service Command seeks a Front Desk/Guest Services representative for a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites property in Milton, FL. The role serves as the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-in/check-out, payments and room assignments while maintaining lobby appearance and guest privacy.

Overnight shifts are regularly scheduled. The employee will assist guests, provide information on local attractions and ensure smooth operations and security across all guest

Formación

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Study completed in college/university or junior college above high school level may substitute for experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide welcoming, professional guest relations.
• Assist guests with reservations, check-in/check-out, payments and room assignments.
• Handle inquiries about lodging facilities, amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain front desk operations, balance transactions and prepare reports.
• Ensure security and privacy of guests and maintain lobby area cleanliness.
