Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within a designated territory. You will prospect, qualify, and convert leads through cold calls, networking, and in-person visits, delivering on-site assessments and tailored proposals to win multi-year service agreements.

You will maintain CRM records, collaborate with service teams, and aim to meet or exceed quotas while advancing into higher-level roles such as national accounts management.

• Responsibilities include: prospecting and qualifying leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits; conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs; developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements; maintaining accurate client information in CRM; meeting or exceeding sales quotas; collaborating with service teams for seamless onboarding.
• Qualifications: 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or janitorial services; proven success in exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented; receptive to coaching; valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
