Job summary

QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and roofing products, with extensive building materials distribution. The Outside Sales Representative drives sales growth, manages a territory, and maintains customer relationships while traveling to client sites and trade shows as needed.

The role emphasizes base plus commission compensation, safety sensitive responsibilities, and extensive travel to cover a multi-state territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal moving violations.
• Minimum of one year experience in outside B2B sales.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Overnight travel is required.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales volume and profits within the territory by calling on new and existing customers.
• Use pre-call planning, market information, scheduling, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities in current and new product lines.
• Communicate and turnover order details to Customer Service.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product/industry presentations to customers.
