Job summary

QXO is seeking a driven Outside Sales Associate to cover a territory with up to 250 miles and overnight travel, up to 75% of the time. You will build relationships, manage existing customers, and prospect new ones while achieving high performance in a fast‑growing energy-efficient insulation and building materials business.

The role offers Base + Commission, with competitive compensation and benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision, a 401(k) match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships and present effectively.
• Proficient computer skills to process dealer orders and correspondence.
