Job summary

QXO, North America’s leading distributor of insulation, roofing, lumber, and waterproofing products, seeks an Outside Sales Representative. You will expand territory sales, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires overnight travel, a driver’s license, and a safety-conscious mindset. Base salary plus commission with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience (B2B).
• CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in 3 years.
• Overnight travel is required.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Travel up to 250 miles with overnight stays. Elevates travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales volume and profits within the territory by calling on customers.
• Plan calls, market information, scheduling, and sales opportunities.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Pursue new sales opportunities in current or new product lines.
• Turnover order details to Customer Service.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations for customers.
