QXO, North America’s largest distributor of insulation, roofing, lumber, and waterproofing products, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth across a defined territory. You will plan calls, prepare quotes, and present at all levels within customer organizations.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, CRM usage, and active participation in industry associations and trade shows. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18.
• Minimum 1 year outside sales to businesses.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
• Overnight travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Expand sales within the territory by calling on new and existing customers.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities in current and new product lines.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations for customers at all levels.
• Use the CRM to track account activity and reporting.
• Attend training, trade shows, and industry associations as required.
• Plan sales trips to maximize coverage within budget.
