Job summary

QXO is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a territory within North America, focusing on insulation and building products. You will build strong relationships, present solutions, and drive uncapped earnings through a base plus commission package.

Expect 75% travel within a 250-mile radius, with a safety-sensitive role and opportunities to grow with a leading distributor. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation or building industry is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory with growth in mind.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers.
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiations to close deals.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
