Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and building materials, seeks an Outside Sales Associate to cover a territory with up to 250 miles radius and pursue uncapped earnings.

You will build relationships, manage existing customers, and present solutions, with base plus commission and comprehensive benefits. This safety‑sensitive role requires 3–5 years outside sales, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of building products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.
