Job summary

United Site Services is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive new business and revenue growth in an assigned territory. You will prospect customers and present our full site service portfolio, including portable sanitation, temporary fencing, and roll-off services.

This entry-to-early-career sales role emphasizes outbound activity, skill development, and progression toward Account Executive ownership through performance and training. Travel to local job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• CRM systems and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily to generate new opportunities via jobsite visits, calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Identify and develop new business in construction, industrial, commercial, and event sectors.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Cross-sell products to increase order value and revenue.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with superintendents, project managers, estimators, and buyers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to support territory growth.
• Stay informed on products, pricing, and industry trends.
