Job summary

United Site Services is seeking an entry-to-early-career Associate Account Executive to drive new business within an assigned territory. You will prospect new customers and position the full portfolio of site services including portable sanitation, temporary fencing, roll-off, and related offerings.

This role emphasizes outbound activity, building relationships with superintendents and project managers, and progressing toward Account Executive ownership through performance and skill development.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; strong multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate new opportunities (visits, cold calls, emails, networking, social outreach).
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business within target sectors (construction, industrial, commercial, events).
• Support preparation of quotes, proposals, and service solutions for customer needs.
• Cross-sell ancillary and bundled products to increase order value and revenue.
• Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and report activity.
• Build relationships with superintendents, project managers, estimators, and buyers.
