United Site Services, Inc. seeks an Associate Account Executive in sales to drive new business and revenue growth within a defined territory.

The role focuses on prospecting customers and presenting the full portfolio of site services including portable sanitation, fencing, roll-off, and related offerings. This entry-to-early-career position emphasizes outbound activity, relationship building with site leaders, and progressing toward Account Executive ownership through performance and skill

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong outside sales interest and territory development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities.
• Driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily to generate new opportunities through jobsite visits, cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business within construction, industrial, commercial, and event sectors.
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and service solutions for customers.
• Cross-sell bundled products to increase order value and revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities, and report activity.
• Build relationships with superintendents, project managers, estimators, and purchasing teams.
• Support territory growth strategies with Account Executives and sales leaders.
