United Site Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Executive in an entry-to-early-career sales role to drive new business and revenue growth within an assigned territory or customer segment.

The role involves prospecting new customers, presenting the full portfolio of site service solutions—portable sanitation, temporary fencing, roll-off, and related offerings—and progressing toward full Account Executive ownership through performance and skill development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Sales-oriented with ability to build territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily via jobsite visits, calls, emails, networking, and social outreach to generate new opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business within construction, industrial, commercial, and event segments.
• Support preparation of quotes, proposals, and service solutions.
• Cross-sell bundled products to increase average order value and revenue.
• Maintain CRM records, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and activity reporting.
• Build relationships with superintendents, project managers, estimators, purchasing teams, and other decision makers.
