Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate new opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business within construction, industrial, commercial, and event segments.
• Support preparation of quotes, proposals, and service solutions.
• Cross-sell ancillary and bundled products to increase revenue.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline and activity reporting.
• Build relationships with superintendents, project managers, estimators, and purchasing teams.
• Target competitive take-away opportunities with key decision makers.
• Participate in coaching, training and onboarding to accelerate sales capability.
• Meet or exceed activity and revenue performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leaders on growth strategies.
• Stay informed on products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
