Job summary

United Site Services seeks an Associate Account Executive to drive new business development and revenue growth in an assigned territory. The role focuses on prospecting clients and positioning the full portfolio of site service solutions, including portable sanitation and fencing.

This position offers a path toward full Account Executive ownership, with high outbound activity and ongoing skill development within a dynamic sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of outside sales experience.
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• Proficient communication, organization, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate new opportunities (visits, calls, emails, networking).
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business within construction, industrial, commercial, and event segments.
• Support preparation of quotes, proposals, and service solutions for customer job sites.
• Cross-sell ancillary and bundled products to increase order value.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with superintendents, project managers, estimators, and purchasing teams.
