Qualifications

• 1 year of telesales, inside sales, phone sales, or comparable experience required.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and established processes.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 calls per day.
• Generate interest and engage prospective customers.
• Qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed insurance agent.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and quotas.
