Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a capable inside sales associate in Salisbury, MD to manage outbound campaigns, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries. You will contribute to sales productivity by qualifying leads and providing timely quotes.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The role requires a high school diploma and experience in customer service or sales-related activities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior sales/marketing experience desirable.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Effective speaking for customer communication.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Willing to learn MTG systems and processes.

Mansioni

• Place outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and coordinate with sales on commitments.
• Provide quotes or complete sales to gain new business when campaign allows.
• Identify opportunities and relay information to appropriate teams for follow-up.
• Restock showroom and organize merchandise in sales area.
• Manage product requests and provide price/technical information.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including shipping/receiving and inventory stocking.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness per management guidelines.
• Identify leads and manage pre-qualification with sales and marketing.
