The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of direct customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years’ direct customer service experience preferred.
• Electronics manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create quotations for customers and follow up on leads.
