Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a Packaged Gases Customer Service Representative. The role emphasizes outbound calling to schedule sales appointments, handling quotes, and enhancing customer satisfaction with MTG products and services.

Collaborate with SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Corporate Marketing and Customer Service to address inquiries, pre-qualify leads, stock showroom merchandise, and support warehouse duties while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with diploma and/or prior experience in outbound calling/inside sales, outside sales or marketing desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to establish and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls with the primary purpose of scheduling appointments for sales with new or existing customers, notifying sales of committed appointment times and following up to assess satisfaction/needs.
• Provide quotes or complete sales when campaign appropriate to directly gain new business.
• Restock and organize showroom merchandise; assist in stocking, shipping/receiving and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Assist in warehouse activities, inventory stocking, cleaning, labeling, and other duties; keep showroom orderly.
• Ensure safety rules are observed and support other projects as assigned.
