Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule appointments and notify sales of times.
• Provide quotes or complete sales to gain new business.
• Pre-qualify opportunities and communicate leads to sales/marketing.
• Restock and organize showroom merchandise and keep it tidy.
• Manage product requests, pricing and technical information.
• Assist warehouse tasks including shipping/receiving and inventory stocking.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness per management procedures.
• Identify sources of leads and manage pre-qualification with sales/marketing.
• Track outcomes of outbound campaigns.
