Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate to manage outbound sales campaigns, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers to improve satisfaction and drive new business. You will quantify leads, provide quotes when appropriate, and support showroom operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective speaking manner for explaining information.
• Ability to perform basic math operations for quotes and transactions.
• Willingness to learn MTG's business, products, and systems.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule appointments and notify sales of committed times.
• Provide quotes or complete sales when appropriate to gain new business.
• Identify opportunities and communicate needs to appropriate functions.
• Restock store merchandise and keep sales area organized.
• Handle product, price, and technical information requests.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including shipping/receiving and stocking.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness per management guidelines.
• Identify leads and manage pre-qualification with sales and marketing.
• Track outcomes of outbound campaigns.
• Back up inbound customer service as needed.
• Comply with DOT and OSHA regulations and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
