Job summary

MPG Dover in Salisbury, Maryland seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to interface with customers and support Business Development through quotations, product inquiries, and sales coordination. You will work with Operations to provide order updates and help manage customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with quotations in a manufacturing/electronics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years’ direct customer service experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating quotations.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred; electronics knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create quotations for customers.
• Create and follow-up on leads from customers.
• Manage accounts and opportunities in CRM.
• Manage customer online supply chain portals for quotation and order status.
• Support in-person and remote customer meetings.
• Interface with Engineering for technical evaluations.
• Understand part topologies to support accurate quoting.
• Create part numbers in ERP system.
• Coordinate with Operations to update customers on open-order status.
• Support customer order expedite requests.
