Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years' direct customer service experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating quotations.
• Manufacturing environment experience; electronics experience a plus.
• Ability to learn and use CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create quotations for customers.
• Create and follow-up on leads from customers.
• Manage accounts and opportunities in CRM.
• Manage customer online supply chain portals for quotation and order status.
• Support in-person and remote customer meetings.
• Interface with Engineering for technical evaluations.
• Understand part topologies to support accurate quoting.
• Create part numbers in ERP.
• Work with Operations to provide production updates to customers on open-orders.
• Support customer order expedite requests.
