Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create quotations for customers.
• Create and follow up on leads from customers.
• Manage accounts and opportunities in CRM.
• Manage customer online supply chain portals for quotes and orders.
• Support in-person and remote customer meetings.
• Interface with Engineering for technical evaluations.
• Understand part topologies to support accurate quoting.
• Create part numbers in ERP system.
• Coordinate with Operations to update customers on production and open orders.
• Support customer order expedite requests.
