Job summary

HR Tech Job seeks an HR Analyst to translate business needs into Oracle HCM configurations and drive HRIS projects end-to-end. You will work across Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Performance modules, collaborating with HR and IT to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

You will elicit requirements, document processes, and develop business cases while advancing data-driven insights through BI dashboards and analytics. Strong communication and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5+ years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM, or MS/MA with 3+ years HRIS experience.
• Experience configuring Oracle HCM modules and HR processes.
• Experience with process modeling, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience building BI dashboards (Power BI) and data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements for HRIS projects.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects including Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
• Communicate status to HR, IT, and management with clear updates.
• Lead requirements elicitation, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and solution providers to develop technical solutions.
