Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and implement Oracle HCM configurations. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across business units to drive efficiency and cost-effective solutions.

The role emphasizes reporting, dashboards with Power BI, and bridging business needs with technical teams while supporting change management and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, HRIS configurations, testing, and BI/Dashboard delivery.
• Knowledge of process modeling, organizational development, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives, researchers, M&O stewards, SMEs, and IT staff.
• Elicit and analyze HRIS requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Document HR processes using BPMN, data models, state transition models, and use cases.
• Support Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk.
• Identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve user experiences.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for solutions and improvements.
• Partner with solution providers and assist with change management.
