PNNL’s HR organization is advancing talent systems including Oracle HCM; this HR Analyst role translates business objectives into technical requirements and manages HRIS projects across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and more.

You will elicit requirements from stakeholders, document processes, analyze data, and collaborate with IT and vendors to implement solutions, while safeguarding data confidentiality and system security.

Formación

• BS/BA in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field; 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience.
• Experience identifying requirements, formulating solutions, defining configurations, and testing with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience with BI reports, dashboards, and applications using Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements for HRIS projects.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, etc.).
• Serve as liaison with IT/HR/Payroll and external vendors.
• Document HR business processes using standard tools (diagrams, data models, use cases).
• Collaborate on design, configuration, testing, deployment, and quarterly updates of Oracle HCM suite.
• Identify interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences; drive improvements and cost reductions.
• Develop roadmaps for capability improvements and build business cases for solutions.
• Develop requirements for software solutions and facilitate design between stakeholders and providers.
• Support change management and relationship management with platform teams.
