Job summary

PNNL’s Human Resources organization seeks an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage HRIS projects across Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting. You will partner with IT, HR, and vendors to ensure secure, compliant systems and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, process modeling, and delivering BI insights using Oracle HCM and Power BI within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA or higher with 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, and BI reporting.
• Experience serving as Product Manager in agile/scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects spanning Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and more.
• Facilitate meetings and drive consensus with stakeholders.
• Document HR processes with diagrams, data models, and business rules.
• Liaise with IT, vendors, and HR teams on design, configuration, and testing.
