Job summary

PNNL is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage multiple HRIS projects across Oracle HCM modules. The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, process documentation, and collaboration with IT, HR, and vendors.

As a key liaison, you will help improve HR processes, support change management, and contribute to strategic planning for People initiatives while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum: BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 3 years HRIS Oracle HCM experience.
• Preferred: degree in HR/IS/Business Administration; experience eliciting requirements, designing configurations, and testing Oracle HCM; BI dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage HRIS-related projects.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and use-case scenarios.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk).
• Identify process gaps, improvements, and cost-reduction opportunities; monitor performance metrics.
