In this role you greet patients, gather information, answer questions, schedule appointments, support product details, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. Optical experience is a plus; associate degree or higher may be needed.

• Associate degree or advanced certification required or in progress.
• 2+ years of patient/customer service experience.

Responsibilities
