Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient service at our store, guiding patients from clinical services to retail with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You will greet patients, collect information, schedule appointments, and assist with product and service explanations while maintaining privacy and accuracy in patient records. A healthcare-related associate degree and customer service experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction with a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving and adaptability in a dynamic team.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask and adjust to changing business needs.
• Flexible schedule as dictated by business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about current innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to meet store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and track order status.
• Maintain brand standards and basic store housekeeping.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA compliant.
