Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician at a on-site store location to deliver exceptional patient service and support the transition from clinical to retail teams. You will greet patients, identify needs, and explain available products and services while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or certification, 2+ years of customer service experience, and a passion for patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or retail eyewear.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing store needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience at the store entrance and guide customers.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information on products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient issue resolution and track order status.
• Maintain brand standards and HIPAA-compliant patient records.
